As promised the United States and Taliban have agreed to a peace deal.

Under the agreement of the deal, the United States will withdraw 4,400 troops out of Afghanistan within the next 3 months. This will essentially end an 18-year war between the two.

By agreeing to the peace deal, the Taliban will no longer allow Terrorist organization to use Afghanistan as a staging ground for attacking the U.S. or its allies. Another part of the deal is an estimated 5,000 Taliban members will be released from jail in Afghanistan.
