The death toll is still rising from the destruction of Hurricane Matthew. Hurricane Matthews has caused catastrophic damage to Cuba, Haiti, and the Bahamas. The hurricane is making its way toward the United States. Florida, Georgia, and the Carolina’s are now under the hurricane watch with Matthew headed up the coast. CNN has reported a death toll of 276 people with 271 being in Haiti.
