Amazon is in the works of coming out with their own hi-resolution music streaming service sooner than you think.

If Amazon can secure the licensing deal soon, this new service may be available by late 2019. The expected cost of the service is rumored to be $15 per month.

This new service puts Amazon in direct competition with streaming services like Tidal and Deezer. Tidal and Deezer offer high fidelity music streaming, but at $20 per month. Amazon has shown they are willing to lose money for an extended period of time of a product or service just to put other companies out of business.
