  2. Eat Better – Laying in bed to try to soak up as much sleep as you can in the morning can leave out time for breakfast. By waking up early, you will have the time to make a healthy breakfast and eat it without time restrictions.
  3. More Time For You – Self-care task varies depending on the person. The one thing that is universal is you need time to perform your self-care task. Waking up early gives you the time to do your hair, workout, shave, or whatever you want to do.
  4. Beat Traffic – I never met a person who said they loved sitting in traffic or standing in a crowded line at Starbucks. In most cases when getting an early start to the day traffic is much more tolerable.
