Trumps Administration Redirect $10 Million from FEMA To ICE
Documents have surfaced that shows $10 million has been relocated from FEMA to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
This wouldn’t be much of an issue when Hurricane Florence headed to the coast of North and South Carolina. Many Democratic believes this is absolutely irresponsible actions from the president’s administration.
According to DHS The money that was transferred will have no impact on FEMA being able to provide economic relief. The Homeland Security Department went further to say that money was transferred from FEMA’s unspent operational accounts for training, office supplies and headquarters costs.
President Trump tweeted to ensure that FEMA will be ready to provide relief when hurricane Florence hits the coast.
